ATLANTA, GA, March 27, 2023 —

Constellation Real Estate Partners, an investor and developer of logistics properties, announced today that it has opened an office in Atlanta. Additionally, 30-year industrial real estate veteran Chris Brown has joined Constellation as Partner and 25-year industrial real estate veteran Sandra Reeves as Vice President of Development Management with both being based in the firm’s new Atlanta office. The addition of Brown and Reeves, two professionals with extensive experience in the Southeast, demonstrates Constellation’s well-researched commitment to expanding into strategic growth and port markets.

Brown joins Constellation Real Estate Partners from Duke Realty, where he spent 26 years in various development, acquisition, and operational capacities, most recently as regional president of the Southeast and Central regions. In this new role, he will be responsible for the firm’s growth in key Southeast states to ini4ally include Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, and Tennessee. Brown has been a member of several industry and community groups, including the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR), Atlanta Airport West Community Improvement District, and the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).

Reeves also joins Constellation Real Estate Partners from Duke Realty, where she spent the past 20 years developing more than 15 million square feet and more than 1,300 acres, most recently serving as director of development services. As Vice President of Development Management, she will be responsible for overseeing and growing the firm’s development pipeline. She is a long-standing member of CREW Atlanta.
